This is why you stockpile young pitching

I believe that all of us can agree about several things.  1) When a true Ranger fan first learned of the injury to Hurley their stomachs emptied their contents in one of two directions.  2) That this happens to every organization.  3) Hurley stands a chance of never really making it back.  4) This organization along with the 29 others have all had their fair share of Eric Hurley's.  5) These type of things happen whether it be injuries, being overrated, or mental problems, a young man has a hard time making it to the the Big Leagues as a pitcher and then being successful for any amount of time.  6) The mark of a championship organization is how they recover from the loss of that young man.  7)  The biggest way to recover from that loss is to have not just that young man, but several just like him.

Now something we probably cannot all agree about is this.  It is my belief that Jon Daniels has pointed this organization in the right direction by stockpiling several young pitchers who have the ability to have Hurley like success if not greater.
