This strikes me as one of those cases
where if you can’t find 75 words to say, it should be a fanshot…

What's a fanshot?
Does it really matter?

The Offseason
Well, if it were the regular season we would have a bunch of fanposts up arguing about Nippert vs. Eyre in middle relief and debating whether we should sign the latest over the hill hack pitcher who just got released by somebody like the orioles.

Just a reminder... if you're into old school beats, rare grooves, and underground funk / soul... check out WEFUNK Radio on iTunes.
It’s in the hip-hop streams.
Dumb nice jams.

Earthbound Radio is also good, though they focus more on underground hip-hop (also in the hip-hop streams).

I didn't know iTunes offered streaming radio...
Is it subscription based, or can you listen for free?

If you have iTunes, just click 'Radio' on the left sidebar.
You’ll then be presented with a variety of genres. Click the one that pricks your fancy, and you’ll be presented with hundreds of radio streams to listen to.
As far as I know, it’s free. Not subscription based.

another quotes from glanville’s article
Before long, it’s easy to find an angle that makes you the either the greatest player on the planet or the worst in history. I finished my career with a 293-game errorless streak on defense. I also hit .210 that last season. Still, can I get a vote?
good read
Scout: He was a first-round pick right? Got a huge bonus?
KG: Oh yeah.
Scout: Well, he spent a lot of it on milkshakes.

I’m sure somebody from the FWST will bring back pics and a write-up like EG did last year.
* crickets *
The moves being made are too extra for my taste.

Except for the food
I would have to eat a whole lot of fruit and rice, because I don’t think that I could handle all that pork and DR style beans.

Boy
They are looking at some of the kids who will sign on July 2. That means that a good number of them are 15 years old right now. How in the world do you really scout a 15 year old?

Might as well start listing them before Ben sees this and starts in. Homoerotic imagery aside, the first thing that comes to mind for me is Steve Martin’s old “What Christmas means to me” with Paul Simon singing Silver Bells in the background where he says maybe he should be a Santa Claus this year because 12 isn’t really that far from 18 and maybe it would be a good time to start laying some ground work for the future.

It's times like this
I think of David Cross:

I'm impressed...
I thought I was the only human on the planet that listened to his stand up, used to watch Mr. Show all the time, and Tobia Funke is the most underrated AD characted

I've heard two of his CDs...
Shut up you F*cking Baby, and It’s Not Funny, have you ever seen him? I’d love to catch one of his shows sometime, he’s a smart/quick dude.

David Cross
I have both those CD’s. If he’s ever in town again, I would definitely go.
I’ve heard that he and Bob Odenkirk are working on a new show for HBO.

So I’m not going to say anything at all.

Nice cast, sounds cool.
And, it’s directed by Michael Main…what a multi-talented dude our Ranger prospect is!
