Apparently Chris Young, Danks and Voloquez each now battle crime in their respective cities. Fortunately as pitchers they have lots of time off to focus on being superheroes.

Perhaps we should send some of our pitchers out patrolling the streets in costume to help toughen them up and improve their game. Padilla would be terrifying…

Richie Whitt missed the best story angle ...

He should have examined the difference in approaches between Grant Schiller and the histrionic HS girl and opined about why their fan satisfaction level is like night and day.

The moves being made are too extra for my taste.

I thought

Whitt did all the Observer sports articles.

Curious who they would have write a cover story on the team and surely, given the fact that this team has only subtracted and not added players/pitchers during the off-season, this cannot be a positive take on the team.
