Frank McCourt fires Jamie McCourt
Frank McCourt is divorcing his wife, Jamie McCourt, and has fired her as CEO for the Dodgers. I'm sure this will end well.

Adam is salivating
off the fees that could come from that divorce.

I bet they got a divorce because some lawyer solicited their business
They were probably perfectly happy until that a—hole attorney said, “you two should get a divorce.”

Red Sox
McCourt pushed real hard to purchase the Red Sox some years ago. I can only imagine what would happen here in Boston if the Red Sox owner and wife were getting a divorce and dividing up the assets.

God - I can only imagine what the rest of the Dodgers organization is going through
Dodgers CFO /reads memo about firing/ “who the hell is Jamie McCourt?”
It breaks your heart. It is designed to break your heart. The game begins in the spring, when everything else begins again, and it blossoms in the summer, filling the afternoons and evenings, and then as soon as the chill rains come, it stops and leaves you to face the fall alone. You count on it, rely on it to buffer the passage of time, to keep the memory of sunshine and high skies alive, and then just when the days are all twilight, when you need it most, it stops.
Who will the get house?
Er, houses?
The Holmby Hills residence, a 20,000-square-foot villa that had been listed at $29 million, was purchased in April 2004.
Six months later an adjacent French country fixer of 8,385 square feet for $6.5 million was purchased, according to Multiple Listing Service records.
In August 2007, the John Launter-designed Segel Residence in Malibu was bought for $27,250,272 from actors Courteney Cox and David Arquette, and a beachfront bungalow next door in early 2008 for $18,975,000

So, basicly Nolan Ryan has the same
position as Frank McCourt’s wife? I wonder if Jamie McCourt spends all her time keeping Ned Colletti out of trouble?

Her job is to observe, evaluate, make suggestions
and go shopping.
