Playoff Ticket Refunds?

Does anyone know the status of these refunds? I cannot find any mention of this on texasrangers.com and we are now a few weeks from the end of the World Series. This is frustrating to be out this long for that kind of money. This is becoming a little ridiculous.
Grateful for any feedback that you can provide.

I would call the ticket office.
I turned my refund into a 10 pack and have the vouchers in hand already.

I would think this should be close to done by now
I would definitely call the ticket office as the last time line I heard was that refunds for non-season ticket holders on playoff ticket purchases should be getting done by the end of this month. You certainly have a right to get it back as cash rather than as a 10 pack or some other kind of tickets if you prefer.

awesome! it's like my own web site...
i called my season ticket rep Friday, and the refunds were processed Friday. on eshowed up tuesday and one showed up today.
it’s important to note that these were for presales and not the purchase of my own seats for the duration of the playoffs. that money was rolled into my 2010 season tickets.
he was very helpful, and it was resolved on my first call.
