ESPN affiliated blog criticizes ESPN for punishing ESPN writer for criticizing ESPN-affiliated radio station

Whew. That's a mouthful. Anyway, Fire Brand (formerly an MVN blog, now ESPN-affiliated) takes ESPN to task for suspending Bill Simmons from tweeting for two weeks, because Simmons took "pot shots" at WEEI, which is an ESPN-affiliated radio station.

Speaking of local radio

Has anyone listened to the abysmal show that The Fan has on in the evening? I think the guy’s name is Arnie. I have never heard a bigger Cowboys kiss ass in my life…..and that includes Mickey Spagnola. The worst part is hearing a guy who sounds like he is straight out of Jersey referring to the Cowboys as “we”.

I didn’t realize he was there.

I used to listen to him when he was on Sporting News Radio. He would kill Cowboys fans as bandwagoners.
