INF Esteban German and LHP Clay Rapada both cleared waivers and were removed from the 40-man roster Wednesday. Both were outrighted to Triple-A Oklahoma City. It leaves the Rangers with 38 players on the 40-man roster. The Rangers have also signed RHP Geoff Geary and INF Ray Olmedo to minor league deals with invitations to spring training.
