Rangers Top 10 Plays: 2009 Edition
For the sake of review, lets rank the top 10 plays of 2009 in descending order.
Time to vote for the number 1 play of 2009... Because of the sheer number of candidates, we will do this vote as two parts... Part 1 will be this initial vote, and then we will have a second vote tomorrow between the top 4 vote getters to determine the number 1 play...

I remember on that Buchholz being thrown out at home play
One of my neighbors actually came out onto their back patio and yelled at me for whooping so loud.
Then the fucking roof fell in on fx2.

Elvis getting Gutierrez...
was just amazing.
So many of his plays this year were, but the range he showed on that play was just sick.

Some of these aren't plays
they are individual game accomplishments. Kinda difficult to rank Kinsler hitting for the cycle vs an amazing highlight real play by Elvis.

and then throwing to third for the DP versus Houston?

I picked the Andrus play on Gutierrex for 2 reasons,
a)the look of amazement on O’Day’s face and b) Lewin asking “How’s everyone feeling about Michael Young being moved to third base right about now?” right at the end of the clip. Hilarious!
