Contrary to reports yesterday that Boston had signed lefthander Fabio Castro to a major league contract, word this morning is that it was a minor league deal, which makes far more sense (Peter Abraham, Boston Globe)
If the Bosox sign a few more pitchers like Fabio they could open a toy factory at the north pole.
