CJ Update
Richard Durrett has an update from CJ Wilson on his arm. He sounds confident (as expected this time of year) and is looking forward to ST.

Hopefully he's matured from what went on last year
He seems like the type of guy who would benefit from just going out there, getting on the frigging mound and chucking it in there. If he does that I think we’ll be able to love him just as much as we did in 2007 again.
Yeah. Spies. They're little guys with beady eyes and long fingernails. They plant bugs that can pick up the hush of a man's heartbeat - or the whisper of a falling hair.

Of course he feels confident. Everybody's confident this time of year.

You just don't know when to keep your mouth shut, do you Saxy boy?

2007
I think CJ will put up a season comparable to 2007 primarily pitching in the 7th and 8th innings.
