I guess he was so he used to sparring with world renowned illiterate fucktard Bud Selig, that when he went up against an actual foe like the US Attorneys he got thrown down on the cold hard ground and repeatedly mauled in the butt against his will, much to the detriment of those he’s supposed to be serving and helping to protect.

The union should’ve taken step right from the very start to make sure this sort of thing wasn’t possible (not linking names to individual samples, destroying the samples and/or list as soon as they were through, etc., etc…), but Fehr was so used to dealing with pushovers who do his bidding and say “Thank you for allowing me to serve you, sir” when they’re through that he didn’t protect himself or his people.
