a member of the Players Club. A reporter friend of mine arranged an interview with him back in the early to mid eighties during spring training. She goes to the field, he spits tobacco juice on her shoe, and tells her to meet him at the bar later. She got her story and got laid. I think she swore off men shortly after that.

They were a blast.
My favorite non-Ranger team ever. Daulton thinks the world is ending 2012 and was married to a Playmate. Kruk looked like a beer-leaguer. Morandini’s favorite player was Al Oliver. Hollins was a tough SOB. Dykstra was a gamer. Eisenreich had Tourette’s. And they had Inky. Fun team.
