Manager Ron Washington said he wanted to give Chris Davis a break for today, so Davis is not in the lineup. Washington said Davis was at the park to get in some early work with Rudy Jaramillo. Washington said Davis is swinging a little late as pitchers are getting him out more on fastballs than breaking balls.

You're going to get that in the dorms
I lived in the dorms for two years (Milton and Foster) and you will get those horrible pictures and horrible sound. Its not the fault of your tv, its the fault of the TCU Cable. I am though surprise you can’t get My27. When I was there, I had it. Weird, I guess I got out of the dorms at the right time.
Just go over to Buffalo Bros or Fuzzy’s or jump on Hulen to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the ballgame. They always have it on at those places

it is now all locals except my 27, and a lot of “digital” channels but they have only minimally better picture. Supposedly next year we are getting a bunch of HD’s, which would be nice.

It was funny
When I walked around campus my freshman and sophomore year and saw kids buying HDTVs to try to get the picture better on their tv, since it was horrible at the time. They would spend hundreds and thousands of dollars to try and fix this, yet it did nothing to change it. Me, on the other hand, just brought a hundred dollar tv that sucked but it had the same picture as everyone else

So I could get the four major networks’ HD channels. Made me very happy, even with my cheapo 26 in HDTV

I would’ve flipped if I didn’t get kdfi. Is it because they moved it to the digital channel? Their cable sucked horribly when they started expanding the dorms, too many splits I guess

OT: Chien-Ming Wang is not good.
He just can’t place his pitches anymore. Rays have jumped on him for 2 runs already with just 1 out and a guy on second. Everything is up in the zone.
