PrintAnthony Andro has a short Q&A with Smoak after the RoughRiders game today.
Smoak is hitting .250/.382/.364 through today's game. For a guy who hasn't quite adjusted to the Texas League, that's not terrible.

a .746 ops ain’t terrible for a guy adjusting. better get it up to 1.000 soon though. my patience don’t last forever.

He should have at least thrown someone under the bus or called someone out for their lousy play. If he doesn’t do that soon, these Tex comparisons are going to end pretty quickly.
By 2028, Mark Teixeira will be in the HOF.
