OT - Jerseys
What do you think will be the cheapest authentic Hamilton jersey?
What are the differences from the authentic and replica jerseys?
I have an old Ryan authentic jersey that I always use but I want to buy the red Hamilton jersey. I don't want to pay 180 bucks for it though.
Do you think there will be authentic jerseys for around 100 bucks on the internet somewhere?

Just buy a Hanes T and a permanent marker….

Okay maybe I need some clarification...
What is authentic? Like he wore it in a game?
What is replica?
Thanks.

yep
as was just said authentic is exactly what they give the players. I may be mistaken on the exact 290 dollar price, but its in the 200s somewhere. 265 sounds right to me now.
the replicas are the same design, but of cheaper material and the stitching on the names and such isn’t nearly as good.

Damn it's 264
for a personalized authentic on the rangers website.
That’s a lot of dough!!!!

This is why I still don't have a fraking jersey
I stick to the hats. Cheaper, and you’ll get more use out of ’em.

the only jersey types i ever buy
are the made up alternate looking ones. Almost the same kind of material/quality, 50-70 dollars… i don’t really care that its not the same design.. well, not hundreds of dollars worth.
I have a ton of ranger t-shirts though.
the preceding post was a great success.

Nice.
I’d have to get the Kinsler one though. I think he’s more of a bet to be here in the long run than Hamilton. Sorry? Yes. Smart? Yes.

Kinsler would definitely be the one I'd buy
Temptations on hamilton and davis, but kinsler’s got the security.. and hes kinsler!

When do you think EBay will have awesome knockoffs for sale?

probably within a month or so
maybe within a few weeks. i have an authentic white hamilton from the ballpark and my friend has one from ebay, was stated as authentic, maybe not, maybe is, but i can’t tell the difference between the feel or look whenever they are side by side
both of ours have been washed at least 10 times and they still look essentially the same
needless to say ive saved 200 bucks on my last few jerseys just buying them off ebay than at the ballpark

well, I'm a broke college student
and I wanted an authentic Rangers jersey. My choices were between him, Littleton and a bunch of former Rangers like Hairston and the like. At the time I felt Rupe was a little more likely to stick with the club for a while and it turns out I was right.

I wonder what’s on that DVD..

well
I bought an authentic home wht/red (mid-late 90’s) #7 Pudge Rodriguez jersey off ebay this weekend for $99; regularly would’ve been $180, I believe. Now, depending on how long it’ll take to ship to me may be another story, but I think I’m gonna be happy.
