Rangers' Game 3/7 Pitcher
A somewhat big game has me thinking about who I would like on the mound to finish out a series. Feldman will keep the Rangers in today's game. But, say, hypothetically, this was Rangers-Angels Game 7 of the AL Championship Series. I guess that would mean the Rangers didn't have the most wins of the Division winners, and the Angels got the Wild Card (not the AL East). So, who would you want to start that game?

It would have to be Millwood...
with the way he’s pitching right now.

With all the giddiness that has infected the board, I thought Josey might vote for him.

I voted Padilla.
HIs stuff is better than Millwood’s. Padilla might lose his head, but when he doesn’t, he’s probably the most talented and definitely the meanest starter on the team. I give the ball to that guy.

But, I don't want the Rangers to bring him back next year.

i want someone who will make the Angels earn it (minimal walks)
I think the best bet is Holland.

I thought about putting some wild card names in there.
But, I would put too many far-fetched ones.

Out of 38 votes so far..
8 people have voted outside of Kevin Millwood.
Those people are crazy.

I think it's arguable that Millwood has outperformed Padilla, especially of late.

Rotation
I would have to say Harrison…
Game 1 – Millwood
Game 2 – Padilla
Game 3 – Harrison
Game 4 – Feldman
Game 5 – Millwood
Game 6 – Padilla
Game 7 – Harrison
BMac is the long guy in the playoffs. Of course, it is all about off days in the playoffs, but I’m assuming there are only a couple in the series.
Now come September, we may be replacing Feldman with Holland in this rotation, but right now, I would go with that rotation.

If you ask this question a year from now
I’ll answer Holland. Millwood for now.
