PER EG - No Hamilton Tonight Again

Here is the lineup for the Rangers tonight.

2B Ian Kinsler, LF David Murphy, 3B Michael Young, DH Hank Blalock (1 HR vs. Verlander), CF Marlon Byrd, RF Nelson Cruz, 1B Chris Davis, C Taylor Teagarden, SS Elvis Andrus and pitching for the Rangers. … LHP Matt Harrison.

This is a little troubling since he was hitting during Francisco's simulated game earlier today.

Here is the link to EG's lineup.

What's the over under on Ranger K's tonight - say 9.

Per Rodney's comment maybe the O/U should be 12.5 instead of 9.

I'm going to take the over on that.

DW syndrome is

commonly followed by Verlanderitis. Team doctors have prescribed 48 hours of bench sitting followed by plenty of Minute maid.

12 Ks tonight from Verlander alone

16 total in tonight’s game.

We need some long balls. Murphy in the 2 hole scares me (that doesn’t sound very good saying it out loud…). I hope Kinsler gets on base early and often, and Teagarden wakes up at the plate

ill take the over

also, have to be a little concerned about Hamilton

this is very similar to the last injury where he kept saying he was fine and would play soon and then he was on the DL…wouldnt be the least bit surprised if the same thing occurs here

I would be disappointed...

If JV strikes out less than 15 tonight, considering how hot he has been and how much the Rangers like to hack it.
