Drag for the real resolution you can’t get in the fanshot. Its actually over 3x that large as that file though.

Well I’m sick of working on this, so thats as far as I’m going to go with the “realistic” version.

Here is where I’m at on the cartoon/signing version, which still needs quite a bit of work. Likenesses, few more players, poses and such. + easter eggs. And the fans on the left.

And I thought this was kind of cool looking for some reason, its the shading without any of the lines or color and such. Not for anything.
I’ll probably take a break from this now, but when i finish the cartoon one and hopefully have it signed ill eventually post it finished.
the preceding post was a great success.

They show up as the same size in your comment, but...
if I right-click and select “View Image”, they show up in full resolution.
I think this is pretty damned cool.

I should have worded it better
What the first line intends to say is drag the image to your address bar to view them full size. Or yeah, view image, copy the url, etc.
Thanks!

Small request
Is it possible to get that image in a 2560×1024 resolution, without too much distortion to the picture?
Excuse me stewardess, I speak Jive.

sure
cropped a little with some black bars, but not distorted at all.

That's amazing DShep
I especially like the realistic placement of fans in the stands :)

Cartoon
I messed up the URL of the cartoon image, still worked for me since I had a previous version under that name still in my cache that I had since deleted.
So uh, yeah.

Theres that. As I said above, much more WIP than the darker one.

your photoshop skills are awesome!
just for the record
and this needs to be a part of the LSB guide.
Scout: He was a first-round pick right? Got a huge bonus?
KG: Oh yeah.
Scout: Well, he spent a lot of it on milkshakes.

I remember that sign but I dont remember where it was. Did I miss it somewhere or is it gone?
All the ads in there (well, general colors/shapes obviously I didnt do the words on many of them) are from last year as thats what I was working from aside from adding some of the video boards.

it's gone
IIRC it was two signs to the right of the where the Ozarka one is currently, above the office buildings, and closest to RF.

Ok, now the actual last updates for a while

Night version. Plus some other fixes.

Updated cartoon version. Positioned a couple players and just slightly desaturated it a bit.

Dude, these are awesome.
The nighttime version might be the best one yet.
It’s really amazing the detail you’ve got on those cartoon guys too. From Hammy’s tats to Salty’s mini-fro. Is that CJ’s blue mitt I spy down in the lefthand corner?

Anyway...
You can hook up the night image in 1920×1200 without distorting it?
by N41D on May 29, 2009 10:13 AM CDT up reply actions 0 recs
sure, ill do that when i get home tonight after the game.
unless i fall directly asleep since I have barely slept in 3 days. at some point anyway, heh.

individual fans are pretty pretty far down the 'ol checklist. They could have been dots!
If i ever print it really large I might re-do the fans first but for now i dont care.

hey dshep
you ever get the printing figured out/straightened out?

This is one of the coolest things I have ever laid eyes on.
You should definitely print out the one with the cartoon players somehow and get the real players to sign by their character.

to both of the above print mentions
I had a 24 inch wide mounted/laminated print sent to the clubhouse yesterday, we will see what I end up with sent back heh.
Not large, but large enough for a player to sign next to his guy at least.
Also had the same size of the night one and a bunch of 11×17s of various stuff for me.
I checked around and couldn’t find anywhere that would print it on a foam backing at a good size without charging 100+, which I don’t need to spend right now so I couldn’t get anything huge, which is probably good since if I spent that money now I’d probably never print it again and i still have some things to add.
the preceding post was a great success.

keep us posted
I bet you get yours back with every single autograph and a bunch of requests for copies. I wouldn’t be surprised if you get a treasure trove of stuff in return for some of those prints. I’d guess that the players will think it’s really cool. I certainly do.
Keep us posted on the response from the team.

Bravo! Bravo! Outstanding DShep! REC
now if you can just get it to zoom in and put Medusa somewhere in there :)
Rodney if I had known you were going to get a mohawk, start wearing gold chains, call everyone fool, and re-name yourself Mr. R I may not have been so generous with the work-out tips. I'd re-think all that big guy.

Thanks!
Heh yeah i intended to put some easter egg stuff in but got tired of working on it so rushed to a “finished” stage. Same as with the fans if I decide to spend the money to get a large enough print where stuff like that is noticeable without zooming in I’ll pobably add more stuff. Medusa is a good candidate =p The lower right couple rows where I don’t have anyone was supposed to have JD/Nolan watching actually, plus myself and some friends.
the preceding post was a great success.

how many hours
how long would you estimate that this took from start to finish?
