Good grief

What kind of league is this? A group of friends, or what? What platform do y’all use?

That sounds like my kind of fantasy league, one that’s not full of a bunch of schmucks who draft players who are already on the DL and are about five years behind on who’s in their prime.

The Rangers’ top hitting prospect, first baseman Justin Smoak, and top catching prospect ,Max Ramirez, are headed to the seven-day disabled list in the minor leagues. Neither injury — Smoak’s left oblique or Ramirez’s right wrist — is believed to be serious, but the Rangers see no need to push either player.

these A's are doomed

Beane really put this club together to win? Anderson with 30 IP above A ball…

Geren?

Giambi?

only cabrea looks even remotely worth having.

This team reminds me of the opening of "Major League"

Where the club execs note that Rachel’s list of invites to spring training includes guys they’ve never heard of, guys way past their prime, and guys who never had a prime.

Unfortunately for Athletics Nation, I don’t think this season will be as successful as the Indians’ season that year.
