Poveda to AAA, per Jamey
The Rangers announced a handful of minor league moves this morning (14, to be exact), including the promotion of 21-year-old righthander Omar Poveda to AAA Oklahoma City, where righty Luis Mendoza has landed on the DL. Poveda was 5-3, 3.10 in nine Frisco starts this season.
