I cannot STAND Jessica Alba. She is quite possibly the worst actress of all time and it kills me that she continues to get work in good movies solely because of her “good looks”. But then again, a lot of her movies lately SUCK, so that’s cool. But I can’t stand how guys just fall over themselves when it comes to Alba. She just looks…..dumb…..to me. Bot a turn on.

She hasn’t looked good since Idle Hands.

Jessica Biel, on the other hand……………….I would make Traci Lords blush with the list of things I would do with her.

I’m not a big fan of her personality or her movies either. But she’s still pretty hot and there’s no denying that.

Now, if you replaced “Alba” with “Simpson”, I’d completely agree.

Grieve is a little bit too much of a homer for me, but still.

This year I have heard him talk about (in different words): the concept of replacement level, the idea behind BABIP, why strikeouts are just as bad as other outs, how bright GMs like Beane and Freidman are for their recognition of how useful data is, and several great stories about baseball that are interesting and not stupid.

And Lewin is just awesome. Yeah, we’re spoiled, but compared to the Mariners fans, every team is spoiled (except for the White Sox).

I'll take the Angels announcers over the Mariners every day of the week.

In fact, I’d litterally pay money to listen to the Angels guys instead of the Mariners guys.

And that’s no compliment to Anaheim.

I seriously wonder sometimes if Hudler is borderline retarded

Or got hit in the head by a ball at some point in his career and hasn’t been the same since.

Yes.

Over the last couple years, I’ve managed to see every announcing team a few times. In my mind, the White Sox are very clearly the worst, but the Mariners are just as clearly the second worst.

After that, I would say it’s probably the Nationals, followed by a group of the Red Sox, Rays (at least with Magrane), Yankees (when its Kay and O’Neill) and Angels.

In brief. . .

You kind of have to hear them to really get how bad it is, but they’re absurd homers, don’t know anything about baseball, have terribly annoying vocal inflections and come up with really lame, sugary-sweet nicknames for every player that they use constantly.

They basically just say a lot of homerific and stupid things. Like the White Sox announcers, but with fewer annoying gimmicks, less baseball smarts and more annoying voices.

You know

Branyan’s career splits aren’t as dramatic as I thought.

For some reason, I thought he had a pretty big lefty/righty split. But it is less than 100 points of OPS.

Millwood looked pissed.

I thought he would at least have a say, but I guess Wash trusts BGL

just to see what would happen, if I could even make contact.

To get Sweeny, the RHB.

CJ has sucked major balls against righties this year. And pretty much for his whole career.

you know i really like CJ

but I dont like this move at all, your starter can take it through the eighth, then I think you let him,

I believe in CJ because I like people who speak their mind

and more importantly, leftys who bring it at 93-96 mph.

I’m with him.
