Rangers' (Unsigned to date) Draft Pick Throws No-Hitter
Chad Bell, the Rangers' 14th Round Pick last month threw a No-Hitter for the Cotuit Kettleers against the Chatham Anglers in the Cape Cod Baseball League. How Bell still managed to surrender two (unearned) runs while walking only three is part of the magic of amateur baseball.
The link is to Goyogringo's site. He gives the hat tip to Jason Cole. I give the hat tip to Goyo, as no one is more on the ball in catching all things Rangers Minor League related. A must read for Texas fans if you don't mind having to constantly head over to milb.com to find an obscure Dominican Summer Leaguer's first name or being inundated with more acronyms than a computer programmer.
