Salty (whose name is not Twitter-friendly) talks about his off-season work and how that has translated into his success behind the plate. He also has a fashion tip that sets him apart from pretty much every other catcher out there.

glad he asked about the helmet that's been bugging me

So now we just need to figure out how the forward facing helmet in the field is causing him to strike out so much. Maybe he should turn the batting helmet around backwards.
