Agreed
It was also very cool to see how each of the infielders (especially Young) reacted when Wash came out to mound. How often do you see a manager that animated, and players reacting in that manner in that situation. Good stuff.
yep.

Not as funny
as the meeting on the mound when they brought in Darren O’Day into the game wearing a Kason Gabbart jersey and no one knew who he was. That was awesome (/Chris Farley )
Similar to Holland leaving the game on his first appearance

I thought it was awesome
Like I’ve said forever, he has these players, and has them playing their asses off.

And the little bastard threw it for a swinging strike three in a 3-2 count. He’s blessed. And ballsy.
Nah, can't be...
Aren’t they having to work their tails off to overcome Wash???

No Buchholz or Bard
Per FoxSports per MLBTR.

If they are going to play him at 1b
Then eh. Hes good but he doesn’t exactly terrify me as a corner bat.
Obviously it helps them short term anyway if they didn’t give up anything from the mlb team though.
the preceding post was a great success.
Didn't Heyman say
that Buchholz was on the table?
Purgatory's kind of like the in-betweeny one. You weren't really shit, but you weren't all that great either. Like Tottenham.

Can we get a plain old "Trade Deadline Thread"?
to hold us over for the next 2 hours?

+1
Instead of creating fanposts for every single trade…
J.P. can take Roy Halladay and shove him up his ass. I’ll take Derek Holland. - AJM
Or guessing if I should post it in this random picture thread or the old, less-traveled trade thread..
the preceding post was a great success.
Dickie Thon?
Seriously though, I’ve never heard of him.

the guy between maddux and wash
I think it is Vizquel but I’m not sure and whomever it is really makes me think scorned lover or serial killer.
I was wondering that myself...
Looks like Conan O’Brien with dark hair.
