Chris Davis up, Andruw Jones to the disabled list
As expected, Andruw Jones is heading to the d.l. with a hamstring issue to make room for Chris Davis.

I like the pictures where
it shows you the caption when you scroll over it.
As far as Jones, I think that was the obvious move to make.

Thank the good Lord.
Gracchus (about Obama): I think he knows what America is. America is the mob. Conjure money for them and they'll be distracted. Take away their freedom and still they'll roar. The beating heart of America is not the paper of the Constitution, it's the power of the media. He'll bring them debt - and they will love him for it.

Cool.
Would’ve liked to see ’em ditch Hank F., but that was unrealistic.
So excited/nervous to see what our madeover version of Davis looks like at the plate over the next 5-6 weeks or however long it is.

Actually keeping Hank made sense
only as a backup 1b if CD got hurt. No need to start Smoak’s clock in that case. Jones was the one who is absolutely replaceable.

Jones has been playing with torn hamstring.
…it almost sounds like they kept this personnel move in their pocket for just such an occasion?
Does this explain Jones’ performance at the plate lately?

Cruz in LF is interesting. I know I have had my doubts about it so hopefully everything goes alright out there tonight.
In the link it says Borbon will be primary DH vs RHP and pudge will DH tomorrow against Pettite and could DH more against LHP down the stretch. Blalocks been relegated to bench duty.
