As far as the article goes. I don’t see anyway we don’t offer Grilli arbitration. German is the only guy we may not offer. For pre-arb guys the only guys I can truly see being waived are Mendoza, Arias, Richardson, and Golson.
Bryan Smith (12:17:17 PM PT): Justin Smoak and Josh Hamilton. The AL West might just have found their Bash Brothers, v. 2.0.

I am confused about German's status
He had 4 yrs service time going into last winter. He didn’t earn a year in 09 so he is not at 5yrs service time. Is he arb eligible?
