Playoff tickets on sale - STH presale this morning

The season ticket holder presale started at 9am this morning - game 1 ALDS only.  A code was sent to season ticket holders for purchasing up to four seats.

For me, this was a big step forward toward a building playoff frenzy.  Although we are still on the outside, hitting refresh every three seconds to be able to buy seats was somewhat exhilarating.

I ended up with four aisle seats Section 25/Row 26.

How did you do?

Bc I’m a Texas Rangers “Inside Pitch” subscriber.

That’s right.

I'm not a season ticket holder -- not sure why I got the password emailed to me

But I got a couple of tickets in Section 327 row 8. It’s weird to me that this is even an option right now…

Can you tell us how much your tickets cost per seat?

Looks like the regular season price for those are $20 ($25 for premier game)…

I’m curious how much they are jacking up the prices for the postseason.

Thanks.

$30 each

plus $6 service fees per ticket. Plus $1.75 order processing. So my total was $73.75 for 2 tickets.

Sweet hopefully these tickets I printed out and hung on the wall will actually be used!

I’m thinking we should have an LSB pregame party somewhere close to the ballpark.

Yes you can

Or, what they will suggest, is you put it toward tickets for next year

What my application said...

is that the refund will automatically be credited to next years tickets… but you can request a refund. I read something yesterday that said it would automatically be credited back to your cc… but I can’t find it again.

logistically i get it

i mean some of you live hundreds (thousands) of miles away, but beyond that, why would anyone here not be exhausting all possibilities to go to playoff games – especially the first one?

isn’t this everything?

As far as I know all four of us have all three games (Thomas and I definitely do, but we’re a lot quieter without Stephen and Cindy!). Tomorrow night we’re in 34 (used an upgrade voucher).

Impressive.

Of course, not having a job sort of hampers my ability to buy better seats than the upper deck right now.
