Scott Lucas takes a look at Engel Beltre, who will likely be repeating high-A this year, and compares him to other 19 year olds who played high-A ball to see what can be expected of Beltre going forward.

Lucas looks at all 96 such hitters from 1992 through 2006, groups them into the players who performed well and the players who didn't (with Beltre clearly in the second group), and looks at what each group did in terms of eventually appearing in the majors.
