CJ Wilson Signs for $3.1 Million

The Rangers have agreed to terms with pitcher C.J. Wilson on a one-year deal. That knocks out another potential arbitration hearing. Still left are Josh Hamilton, Frank Francisco, Scott Feldman and Chris Ray. Wilson agreed to a salary of $3.1 million. Wilson was 5-6 with a 2.81 ERA and 14 saves for the Rangers in 2009.
