Yet Another Fantasy League - H2H

I started a free head to head league at cbssports.com called Lone Star Ballers. Any LSBers are welcome to join, I think it will hold 10 teams total. I like H2H because I never learned Roto and I'm an old dog so it's hard to learn new tricks. CBS is easy and seems to work most of the time. Anyway, the draft is next Tuesday, March 30 at 9pm central. The password is 'omft'. I think this will get you there:

go to cbssports.com - "fantasy" - "fantasy baseball" - "fantasy baseball free" - "start a team" - enter your team name- in "search leagues by name or keyword" enter "Lone Star Ballers" - "join"

Give me a brief summary...

if you could about how the draft works. Do you have a cap? Is there a time limit for picks? Do you have a pre-draft board? Is there any cost in this league, for transactions or anything else?

No caps or bidding,

just draft when it comes to your turn. You can pick any player (NL or AL.) There is a time limit for picks (i think it’s 90 seconds) and if you haven’t drafted by the time limit the computer picks for you. There are 21 rounds in the draft and you have, i think, 16 players playing every week, so 5 reserves. There are some rules about adds and drops but mostly you can just drop someone from your roster and pick up a free agent. So, for example, if Kevin Mench gets hot, and you want to pick him up, you can drop, say, Albert Pujols to clear a roster space and add Mench. You set your roster before the first game on Monday and the winner is the leader after the last game on Sunday.
