Greenberg asks Judge Lynn to reconsider pushing the confirmation hearing date
Curious if this will have any weight on Lynn's decision?? My guess is no but its a good effort.

Lynn has agreed to hear his motion this morning, he [Greenberg] said.
So we should get a ruling today on the hearing date.
