by grn_lantern on Jul 29, 2010 8:40 PM CDT up reply actions

The entire essay was about accord and satisfaction.

The whole thing.

The entire O&G question was about force majeure and PPQ.

Business associations was literally "describe the advantages and disadvantages of general partnerships, LLPs, and LLCs.

by grn_lantern on Jul 29, 2010 8:44 PM CDT up reply actions

It was ridiculously easy.

The secured transactions question was pretty straightforward, PMSIs in inventory, BIOCs, etc.

They got super tricky with both of the wills questions, the first all about how to distribute intestate with a pretermitted adopted child and a child without a presumed father thrown in. The second had another adopted child who ended up murdering the testator.
