Teagarden.

He can't hit. At all.
I wouldn’t trade Michael Main straight up for Bengie Molina, even if my alternate catcher was a pointed stick. - KLaw
Teagarden seriously doesn't look like he belongs in the majors when he bats though.
Salty just kinda sucks.
I wouldn’t trade Michael Main straight up for Bengie Molina, even if my alternate catcher was a pointed stick. - KLaw
And Salty seriously don't look like he belongs in the Majors when he hits unless he can be a catcher.
Which he can’t.
True, true.

Found himself, with Salty sent down in May, in an "oh shit"-gotta-do-it situation?
And then, STBF under the pressure of that situation? Let’s see what happens this time around. Maybe more of the same, but let’s see.
That's because it wasn't.
He totally forgot how not to strike out.

There was a period after Tea had that run in April '08
Where the entire board thought he was the catcher of the future.
There where even some folks who where saying they wouldn’t trade him for Clay Buchholz.

FTR, I would have traded any catcher for Buchholz.
I was just hoping it would be one of the other two.
Teagarden...

I’ve given up on him and am annoyed when I see him in a Rangers uniform.

Yeah,
I seem to remember a trick question on mine too (O&G???). I think there’s usually one
The entire essay was about accord and satisfaction.
The whole thing.
The entire O&G question was about force majeure and PPQ.
Business associations was literally "describe the advantages and disadvantages of general partnerships, LLPs, and LLCs.

Seriously?
A force majeure question? I’m shocked they could get away from what you would think is the crux of all Texas O&G law: how you divide the bonus and royalties.
Why would you force manure on someone?

It was ridiculously easy.
The secured transactions question was pretty straightforward, PMSIs in inventory, BIOCs, etc.
They got super tricky with both of the wills questions, the first all about how to distribute intestate with a pretermitted adopted child and a child without a presumed father thrown in. The second had another adopted child who ended up murdering the testator.

“We’re still open-minded,” Daniels said. “I think we can be a little more selective now. I don’t think we have to do anything else. But if we can improve the club without cutting into our core, we’d be open to that. I don’t think you are ever done. But with Cantu and [Mitch] Moreland, I think we will get more offensive production from first than we have.”
