Happy, positive AJM? I'm not sure I can handle that
THE RANGERS ARE FULL OF UNBELIEVEABLE SUCK GIVE UP NOW IT DOES NOT MATTER GOOD BYE.
"It has been said that baseball is to the United States what revolutions are to Latin America, a safety valve for letting off steam. I think baseball is more serious than any Latin American revolution. But, then, I am a serious fan." -- George F. Will
Is my math bad?
How does this schedule allow for 4 days rest between Games 1 and 4? I think Adam has it wrong.
This is from MLB’s website. Has it changed?

I think you're info was stale
I used your link, and it shows the 2010 ALDS series as follows:
6th, 7h, 9th, 10th and 12th
for both series. you need a 4 man rotation.
were you looking at 2009?
send me another link if you have something else, but this looks to be definite.
Jack Daddy
now, if you wanted
to still use a 3 man rotation, your GAME 2 starter would have normal rest before GAME 5 because there is an off day before Game 3 and AFTER GAME 4. So only 1 of your guys would pitch on 3 days rest. But that is a mistake. Tommy Hunter on 4 days is better than Lee on 3 day.
Again, if I am looking at the wrong thing, I have no problem being corrected. I would love to be wrong and I often am.

Who is Ted?
Toki: Clowns are, statistically, the most hated of all creatures.
Skwisgaar: Statisticallies or not, but, uh, just don'ts likes this guy.
On Jamey's point on CJ
(Data from Fangraphs)
2009 CJ
Pitches thrown: 1299
Batters faced: 323
Pitch/batter: 4.02
2010 CJ
Pitches thrown: 2880
Batters faced: 707
Pitch/batter: 4.07
However, pitches per inning:
2009: 17.74
2010: 16.82
because…
Batters faced per inning
2009: 4.46
2010: 4.13
CJ has not improved his efficiency in terms of pitches/batter, but has on average thrown fewer pitches per inning because he is facing fewer hitters per inning.
We need to be careful
