Per Anthony Andro, Neftali Feliz will not start tonight for the Rangers.

That seems to indicate he won't be in the rotation Opening Day.

More on this as news trickles out.

UPDATE -- It is apparently confirmed -- Neftali Feliz will be the closer for the Texas Rangers in 2011, rather than in the team's starting rotation.

That means that Tommy Hunter, Derek Holland, and Matt Harrison will be the team's starters behind Colby Lewis and C.J. Wilson.

UPDATE II -- Per Andro, Ron Washington says there are five guys who are locks in the bullpen right now:  Feliz, Darren Oliver, Arthur Rhodes, Darren O'Day, and Alexi Ogando.

Presumably, Pedro Strop and Mark Lowe are battling for one middle relief spot, and Mason Tobin and Brett Tomko are battling for the long relief job.
