Rangers set minor league rotations
Evan Grant has a blog post up laying out what the rotations will be for each of the Rangers' full-season minor league affiliates.
Interesting collection of arms, with some really intriguing young Latin guys in the Hickory rotation. The most surprising move is that Kasey Kiker is being dropped back down to high-A, where he'll be in a tandem arrangement with Robbie Erlin at the start of the year.
The Rangers, of course, took Kiker instead of the more highly touted Kyle Drabek in the 2006 draft. While Kiker is starting the year in low-A, Drabek will be starting the season in the Toronto rotation.

Through a massive amount of painstaking (read: lol guessing at draft picks 2 months before) research, I decided who I want the Rangers to draft this year
I want Tyler Beede.
Tyler Beede, P , Lawrence Academy, Groton, Mass.: Beede has a projectable body and already has a 4 pitch mix that he has command of. He is polished and has the upside of a #2 starter.
This site (http://www.mymlbdraft.com/MLB-Mock-Draft-2011) has him going at 28

Henry Owens was linked to us too
Edison HS, Huntington Beach, Calif.: Big lefty sits low 90’s but could add a few MPH’s when he adds strength. He knows what he’s doing on the mound. He has a big, slow breaking ball as well.

And because I like block quotes, here's the guy the mock has us taking now
Michael Kelly, P , West Boca Raton (Boca Raton Fla.): Very good delivery with no mechanical flaws and top velocity. Big breaking curve with good command. Top of the draft talent. Could even add to the 96 he currently throws.

Michael Kelly, RHP: A long, lanky right-hander, Kelly just screams projection, but the present stuff and feel for pitching are so impressive, you have to wonder just how good he’ll get. Kelly worked at 92-94 mph with his fastball on Sunday out of an easy, consistent delivery. He showed off a good breaking ball and changeup as well, working at 75-76 with good depth with his hook. He struggled somewhat from the stretch position, and did not look quite as comfortable there, but in general showed frontline starter potential.

we trade for Greinke
Feliz never goes to the rotation.
A baseball game is simply a nervous breakdown divided into nine innings.
Doubt that's true
Greinke would pretty much just replace CJ next year. You’d still need like 3 other pitchers to step up to fill the current 3-5 holes, unless you think 3 of Hunter/Holland/Harrison/Ogando/etc are locks for the rotation.

I would think Feliz could be better or just as good as Holland, Harrison, and maybe Hunter.
