Rosando "Rusty" Torres Hernández (born September 30, 1948, in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico) is a former outfielder in Major League Baseball. He played all or part of nine season in the major leagues for five different teams. In an odd coincidence, Torres happened to be in the ballpark when forfeits were called in three different games in the 1970s.
