I don't know how to put up fan shots, or maybe I'm not allowed to, but I'm reading weird stories in baseball, almost exclusively in yahoo today.

There was the player rips booing fans in St. Louis. 

And then there's the Angel fans throwing wadded-up dollarbills around Carl Crawford in the on-deck batting circle.

And there is also Brandon Belt demoted to Triple A from the Giants on his birthday. 

The Round Rock Expess have won six games in a row.  Is there some sort of correlation between Round Rock being on a winning streak and the Rangers in a slump?  I hope not!

I supposed what I really loved about the Crawford story was his batting average, him sacrificing, and ultimately Boston beating the Angels.  OK, I also love the concept of highly paid players being showered by dollar bills, but for the Angels to lose that game, just makes it a sweeter story. 

I am attending the Sunday game for the Rangers.  I am nervous about it for some reason.  Maybe my expectations are pretty high this year.  I hope C.J. has another solid start. 

Hopefully the Rangers can take two out of three this weeked, and I'll read the series preview later on this afternoon.
