Please help with Computer problem

My desktop computer stopped working.  The computer turns on but the monitors stay off, I think it's the video card that went bad.  I actually had 2 video cards (for 3 monitors) and one 1 went bad 6 months ago.  Now just using 2 monitors, it looks like the 2nd one just went bad.

I have a Dell Dimension 9200.  I read up that video cards are made differently and not all will work with your computer. I read in the manual that the video card type for my computer is PCI Express.

What card should I buy?  I'm not a gamer so I don't need a high graphic card.  I would like to get 2 so that I can get all 3 monitors working again.

How easy is it to install the video cards?

While I'm at it, I might as well replace my cdrom.  It plays CDs but it doesn't read blank cds to burn music.  I tried everything to fix it but I think it just went bad.  What type of cdrom should I buy?  I don't play movies on it like blue ray so I don't need a great one.  Is that easy to install?

I never did anything like this, the most I ever did was add memory to my laptop but that's a piece of cake.

My desktop is only 5 years old, Dell has got to be the worst manufacturer ever!!!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
