You know what I think? I think someone should start a hobo adoption program. Create a big hobo shelter with individual rooms and shit, run some of those freaky PsyOps commercials like they do for shelter dog adoption or feeding the children in third world countries, and guilt people into coming down and and picking out a hobo to take home.

I think this would do much more to help them than Daniel Tosh's "Febreezing the Homeless" program.
