I brought this up in the Morning Thread and it seemed to have a good response.  I don't find myself the most clued in, so to begin with I took Sickel's Top 20 from November, and then added a few people I know made an impact in the time since.
If there's someone who shouldn't be on this, let me know, if I'm missing someone who will get a few votes in the polls coming up, once again, let me know.
