The Rangers have dismissed hitting coach Thad Bosley due to communication differences with the players. Triple-A hitting instructor Scott Coolbaugh will take over the role for the Rangers. Odd. Also, Ian Kinsler has been granted paternity leave and will miss between one to three games. Chris Davis was called up to take Kinsler's spot on the roster and is starting tonight third.
