According to this article by CNN, the Rangers have decided to raise all railings at Rangers Ballpark. Part of the team's statement reads:
Even though all current rail heights in Rangers Ballpark in Arlington currently exceed code, the Rangers intend to raise the height of all rails in front of seating areas to the highest standard in the United States at this time.
New signs and warnings will also be posted in what the team calls the "interim." I'm guessing that means until the season is over?
