I know that Dave Barnett

is considered to be better on TV than on radio.
This may be true, but it is like saying, “He sucks on radio, but he also sucks on TV, just a little less”. The depressingness really comes out on these type of games, but is still present even in close games. I want to trade him for used coffee grounds.

Yeah

And seeing his name in the opening credits was pretty awesome too, for some reason.

But that’s why it was so perfect – the audience felt the loss too. Only downside was it kind of made Drogo’s death far less of a blow, but you kinda new he was gonna be dispensable from the start anyway.

It was great for the story

No argument there, but I would have been happier if he never died and got his revenge on the Lannisters. That show is just too good and makes you really, really hate the bad guys.

just not with the Lannisters who are nothing more than rich snobs who should never hold any kind of power. Look at the Dothrakis in that show. Every time you start to like them, you’ll see them raping and pillaging.
