AJM Speaks
I was the special guest on last night's Over the Monster podcast, in which I talked to Marc Normandin and Matt Kory about the upcoming Rangers/Red Sox series, the various Ranger/Red Sox connections (Adrian Gonzalez, Adrian Beltre, Jarrod Saltalamacchia, etc.), the Rangers' season, and other exciting topics.
If you want to listen, you can check it out here.

From Elsa Ronningstam, clinical professor of psychology at Harvard Medical School and author of Identifying and Understanding the Narcissistic Personality:
Referring to yourself in the third person creates distance between “I” and “he.” So if you have an exaggerated view of how great you are, you could be using this distance to make yourself even bigger.
It's just because "I speak" wouldn't sound like a good title.
You notice in the description he says ‘I’
Just not in the title.
I'm just goofin' new boot goofin'
"I am Jack's complete lack of surprise"
If knowledge is power, why does Stephen Hawking need batteries?
Looking forward to it
"I'm fighting boredom just like you are, bro." "Whoa, Whoa, Whoa, pal. Stop saying Douchebag!"
The Title is intriguing but...
“AJM Speaks” sort implies AJM never gets to speak. As soon as the Friday workload is done, this thing on!
"I'm fighting boredom just like you are, bro." "Whoa, Whoa, Whoa, pal. Stop saying Douchebag!"
I'm at minute 66 minutes...it's still going...
I have really enjoyed it.
1. CJ Wilson was my favorite subject. Lot of good subtle detail there… 6.27 college ERA, former TJ surgery, 2 year starter, his next deal which involves the 31-37 year old on a 6 year deal around $80-100m.
2. These love Salty. They seemed to prepare for a conversation around the premise of “don’t you regret trading Salty!” It didn’t happen.
3. Wash. That was a good explanation of him and his life as Rangers coach.
"I'm fighting boredom just like you are, bro." "Whoa, Whoa, Whoa, pal. Stop saying Douchebag!"
I'll pass.
