My apartment is currently undergoing a ton of maintenance, and thankfully we didn't have to send email after email to get them to fix our bathtub, which took over eight hours to drain. Really nasty...

So, on that note, and I apologize if this question has been asked in previous OT Threads, but what is the worst experience you've had with a maintenance company?

Since it's been talked about over and over again here, I was trying to avoid the subject of the Big 12 and its seemingly inevitable collapse, but I just can't ignore it. There's obviously a lot going down there. What do you think the conference alignment will look like over the next few years?
