Is it a newer film or something a few years old?
Interrupters is SO good. I’ve still got 15 minutes left, but it might be among the best documentaries I’ve ever seen. So hopeful in face of no hope, so inspiring. Possibly the best film Steve James has ever done, and that means better than Hoop Dreams.

Did some reading up on that guy based on the blurb up top. Pretty fucked up, and it looks like the actual press conference is available on YouTube.
There’s also a documentary filmed in the aftermath of his suicide, I’d its available on Netflix I’m about to get all over that. Very interesting.

Surgery was way back in March
Did a bunch of rehab all throughout the summer. Used a cane to get around for several months, but stopped using it around November or so.

I went to Japan in December.
I know absolutely no Japanese and was able to get around pretty easily.
Most of the people there were really friendly and tried to find someone to help me if they couldn’t communicate with me.

The maps and subway systems are in English and Japanese.
It was a really cool trip. Even at restaurants, there are photos of the food so you don’t need to speak it, just point.
It’s a lot like going to New York City.

The failed drug tests, while not officially released (due to confidentiality),
are not just rumour. Everyone in Auburn knows Dyer smokes weed and was caught, so it’s very credible. The mouthing off to coaches is less credible, but multiple sources have said it happened and it fits with Dyer’s personality. Dyer is known for being a d-bag with a huge ego. Maybe Malzhan will straighten him out at Arky St, but he was not very well liked by the other members of the team.

Malzhan will be missed...
he’s a really good coach and was a huge part in winning the National Championship. His offense was hard to run against SEC defenses without experienced blockers because most of his plays are slow to develop, but he will do great at Arky St. Everyone wishes him the best and knows that it was inevitable that he left for a HC job. Plus, from all accounts, Malzhan is just a really good guy.
Dyer on the other hand, while he was a good back, needed to change his attitude or get off the team. Auburn has plenty of talent (though unproven) at the RB position, so he won’t be missed too much.

I was able to get all of mine for 120 this semester.
But that was with renting a couple of them, which I am not fond of considering that I could use them for future information after college.
I used to take mine to Kinkos and copy them for about $10 a piece.
Took about 20 minutes per book then return the books at full price.
