That name is really familiar.
I’m glad Randy Taylor is moving along in this organization.
He was the media relations guy in Frisco for a couple years
On that note, last year’s media relations and radio guy, Aaron Goldsmith, has taken a job as the PBP voice of the Pawtucket Red Sox.
The Pawtucket job has popped out some big league radio guys in recent years
so him getting that gig at a young age is a pretty big deal and tough to pass up. Plus, they have a legitimate radio network of nine stations, which is crazy for a minor league team.
No idea who the knew guy will be, but I was told they want to have me back on the TV broadcasts next season, so I’m expecting to do that again.

I think Aaron definitely has a future. With a few years under his belt he has the talent to call big league games.

Didn’t know he got a World Series ring in 2007 doing this same job for the Red Sox.
