After the Orioles scored in the first due to Michael Young's error on the first pitch, the Rangers led off the bottom of the inning with a walk and a single by Ian Kinsler and Elvis Andrus. Josh Hamilton then grounded into a double-play and got Saunders off the hook but evened the score. Neither team scored in the second inning and we're heading into the third tied 1-1.
It's Yu Darvish and the Texas Rangers versus Joe Saunders and the Baltimore Orioles in Arlington in the first American League Wild Card play-in game. Texas looks to grab an ALDS spot after losing the West on the season's final day, while Baltimore tries to complete their dream season.
