Evan Grant has a story in the DMN about the qualifying offer made by the Rangers to Josh Hamilton, their declining to make qualifying offers to anyone else, and the announcement that Alexi Ogando will be back in the rotation.
Grant also writes that it is a bad year to have a hole at catcher. The Rangers, with Napoli a free agent and Geovany Soto a non-tender candidate, have a hole at catcher.
