$8300 raised by LSB readers for Emilie Parker Memorial Fund
I just wanted to give everyone a final update on the LSB collection for the Emilie Parker Memorial Fund (and you can read more about Emilie and why we have been collecting money here).
The total amount collected by LSB and being sent to the Emilie Parker Memorial Fund is $8000. The response was overwhelming, and I'd like to thank everyone who sent in a donation. Again, I'm proud to be part of this community.
UPDATE -- I just got another donation of $300, bringing the total now to $8300.
